You will earn based on your credits played in real time with accurate tracking as long as you log in to each machine before you play.

You will start right off the bat with a 400-point welcome bonus just for signing up!

You will need a valid driver’s license, a mobile phone, and an email address.

You use your pin to securely log in, securely redeem points, and participate in any promotions or drawings.

Your PIN is private and should never be shared with anyone.

Each week, you will be awarded bonus points at each location where you have achieved a rewards tier.

When you log in at any machine in a location, if you have earned any rewards you will receive a message so that you may redeem your reward and add your bonus points to your account.

Members who have provided an email address  on your profile will also receive a weekly email on Mondays* letting you know your reward level at each location where you’ve earned a bonus. If you have not earned a bonus that week, you will not receive an email.

Please make sure you have used an email address that you have access to regularly and you add media@townpump.com to your safe senders list.

*In the event that Monday falls on a holiday, the email may arrive on Tuesday.

Enter your Player ID to Request a Reset. The system will send you a text and/or email allowing you to reset your pin.

You can update your Player Profile with a new mobile #, email address, or other details. Here's how:

Visit MTsBestLogin.com and click on Manage my Account. Once you’re logged in, you will be able to update multiple parameters on your profile including your mailing address, mobile phone number, and email address.

NOTE: Updating your mobile number does NOT update your Player ID.
